Q: WHAT IS SQUAWK BOX?


A: Squawk Box is a monthly subscription box for parrots.  We provide items such as toys, treats, and more to help keep your pet bird  happy and healthy throughout the month.




Q: WHAT WILL COME IN SQUAWK BOX?


A:  It's a surprise!  Each month, you will receive 4-6 items which include parrot safe toys, treats, and some miscellaneous items.




Q: HOW OFTEN WILL I GET MY BOX?

A: Once a month for as many months as your birdie's heart desires.  You have the option of a purchasing a 1, 3, or 6 month renewable subscription.  These automatically renew, but you can cancel at anytime.   We also have the option of skipping months (with a 1 month subscription) if you would like your boxes to be spread out.




Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP?


A: At this time, we ship within the United States and Canada!




Q: HOW DO YOU GIVE BACK?


A: For each box purchased, at least 5% of the profits go toward bird rescues.  We let you know what rescue you helped donate to each month!




Q: WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?


A: When you purchase your initial Squawk Box, your card will be charged.




Q: WHEN WILL I BE RE-BILLED?


A: Our subscribing customers are re-billed on the 15th of the month of their  renewal. If customers do not cancel their subscription before the 15th of the month, they will be on the list for the next months Squawk Box.




Q:  IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET ONE BOX THAT DOES NOT RENEW?


A:  YES! Just choose the "this is a gift" box at checkout.  Clicking this box will make it so that your Squawk Box will not renew.




Q:  CAN I GIVE A GIFT OF A RENENWING SUBSCRIPTOIN?


A: YES!  If you would like to give a gift of a renewing subscription, you can click the box next to the "this is a gift" box that says, "automatically renew this subscription".




Q: WHEN WILL MY SQUAWK BOX BE SHIPPED?


A: We ship your box via USPS priority or first class between the 5th and 7th of each month.
